How does it work?

You can offer holistic and attractive benefits to your team in three easy steps.聽

Step 1: Log into the platform, submit a new hire, and explore our global and local options. You can also combine both for more extensive coverage!
Step 2: Team Members are automatically enrolled in the Essential package, which ensures you meet compliance.
Step 3: Level up your benefits package by choosing the Competitive or Best-In-Class option.

How does the enrollment process work?

Companies can select benefits packages directly from the hiring form or from the Benefits page of their account. The 香港世博 support team will contact Team Members to start the enrollment process. Team Members will have the option to opt out.

What is the difference between Essential, Competitive, and Best-In-Class?

Essential: Statutory benefits based on where your Team Member lives

Competitive: Benefits that most employers in the local market offer

Best-In-Class: Recommended premium benefits to level up your offer

How are global and local benefits packages different? What benefits should I offer to my Team Members?聽

Local benefits:

香港世博 currently offers locally-optimized benefits in multiple countries including Poland, United States, India, Spain, UK, Canada, and more. Offering local benefits can help you remain competitive, meet employee expectations, and attract top talent. In countries where local benefits are available, you can choose to offer global benefits as an add-on for more extensive out-of-home coverage.聽

Global benefits:

Global benefits provide coverage in 165+ countries. We recommend offering global benefits to Team Members who frequently travel and work outside of their country, as an add-on with local benefits for extensive at-home and out-of-home coverage, and/or if local benefits are yet to become available in your Team Member鈥檚 country.
