When we spoke with Julie Jeannotte, Senior HR Expert and Researcher at , she shared how she believes we have a huge opportunity to build a future of work that feels more human. The work-life balance we鈥檝e strived for is now being replaced by work-life synergy. Work-life synergy comes with a stronger focus on wellbeing and being able to bring our whole selves to work鈥攂eing able to talk about things like mental health in the workplace in ways we haven鈥檛 before.
